About Andre Golfin

Born and raised in Costa Rica and now calling the beautiful town of Sámara home, I bring a unique blend of local insight, creative passion, and authentic lifestyle experience to my role as a Real Estate Advisor &  Photographer for Engel&Völkers Samara. With years of exploration across the Americas,  from jungles to coastlines, from surf breaks to wilderness, I understand not just the properties but the lifestyle behind them.

Beyond real estate, I’ve worn many hats: professional photographer, tour guide, surf instructor, wood-worker, and part-owner of Casa Terra Hostel in town. My work behind the lens focuses on nature and landscape photography, allowing me to capture and showcase the beauty of each property in its environment. My woodworking hobby speaks to my hands-on approach; I value craftsmanship, authenticity and detail.

Through my business stake in Casa Terra, I’ve built community connections. My outreach efforts keep me grounded in the local pulse. I believe that real estate is about people, their dreams, and the place they’ll call home. Surfing, for me, isn’t just a pastime, it’s a way of knowing the coast, understanding rhythm and patience, traits I bring to negotiations, market analysis and client service.
