About Daniel Gonzalez

Daniel “Bo” Gonzalez was born in San José, Costa Rica, and raised, educated, and professionally trained in the United States. After a distinguished career in public service, he retired as a Fire Captain with the City of Concord, North Carolina.

Following retirement, Bo returned to Costa Rica to begin a second career in real estate, bringing decades of leadership, operational discipline, and a strong service-oriented mindset. He first entered the field in 2001 in property management for a large multifamily community, building a foundation in asset oversight, tenant relations, and daily operations.

Today, Bo focuses on Guanacaste, assisting buyers and sellers across a range of property types. His approach is rooted in understanding each client’s goals and priorities. Rather than focusing solely on the transaction, he works as an advisor, guiding clients with clarity and confidence while protecting their interests.

Bo views real estate as the full lifecycle of ownership—from acquisition to management, improvement, and long-term use. He remains a resource well beyond closing, connecting clients with trusted professionals in maintenance, property management, and short-term rental operations to ensure continuity and reliability.

With a background in Latin American Studies and fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Bo works seamlessly with an international clientele. He prioritizes clear communication, helping clients navigate cultural and language differences with ease.
