About Dawn Wolfe

Since 2008, Dawn has been dedicated to the world of real estate, carving out a path of expertise and excellence that sets her apart in the industry. Her journey began by specializing in short sales, collaborating with a real estate specialist, where she honed her skills in marketing campaigns and cultivating new business opportunities. Transitioning seamlessly into the commercial real estate arena, Dawn played a pivotal role in establishing a new REO asset management department for a prominent brokerage.

 

From 2010 to 2014, she managed the commercial and residential REO portfolios of major financial institutions like Zions and Chase bank, orchestrating broker selections, overseeing property management, and skillfully negotiating contracts. However, driven by a desire to connect more intimately with local buyers and sellers, Dawn pivoted to residential real estate in 2014, leveraging her background in social media and online marketing to offer her clients innovative and personalized services.

 

In 2016, Dawn embarked on a new adventure by purchasing her first property in Costa Rica. Enchanted by the country's beauty and lifestyle, she began splitting her time between Utah and Costa Rica, eventually relocating her family full-time to Samara in 2023. Now, Dawn is thrilled to merge her passion for real estate with her love for Costa Rica, assisting buyers and sellers in discovering the magic of this vibrant country.
