After 20 incredible years in Texas, Jay and his family took a life-changing vacation to Costa Rica in 2021—and never looked back. The shift to remote work during the pandemic gave them the freedom to pursue their dream of living abroad. Since then, they’ve built a fulfilling life in the lush jungle of Playa Sámara, where ocean views and howler monkeys are part of the everyday experience.
Jay brings over a decade of real estate experience, from remodeling homes and managing vacation rentals to speaking at VRBO conferences and being featured in a VRBO documentary on the short-term rental lifestyle. He has helped clients discover properties that are not only beautiful places to live but also strong investment opportunities.
Passionate about helping others relocate, invest, and live well, Jay is proud to support clients on their journey in one of the world’s most inspiring places—the Blue Zone of Costa Rica.
