Jennifer is a real estate and design professional specializing in the wellness factor of real estate, helping clients align investment with health, lifestyle, and longevity. She began her career in 2008 as an architectural and interior designer with leading firms across Canada and the United States and holds degrees in business, architecture, and interior design.
Following a successful corporate career, a medical sabbatical in 2022 brought Jennifer to Costa Rica - where a search for burnout recovery became a deeper personal awakening. Relocating permanently in 2023, she settled in Uvita and redefined her work around wellness-inspired design and lifestyle real estate.
Now with Engel & Völkers, Jennifer combines architectural expertise, development knowledge, and strategic negotiation to help clients create meaningful investments and legacies along Costa Rica’s southern Pacific coast - where tide meets terra.
