About Jessica Gonzalez

Originally from Ohio and a long-time resident of North Carolina, I come from a background in the U.S. corporate world, where I developed a strong foundation in business operations and client service. In 2022, my husband and I made the exciting decision to relocate to Costa Rica in pursuit of a more intentional, balanced lifestyle.

Since moving, I’ve immersed myself in learning Spanish and embraced new professional challenges that align with my passion for hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle-driven business. Most recently, I served as the property and business manager of a boutique beachfront villa, where I helped launch and grow their rental operation. From guest experience to backend systems, I oversaw day-to-day operations, marketing strategy, and business development — building a strong foundation for long-term success.

This hands-on experience, combined with my corporate background, gives me a unique blend of strategic insight and practical know-how — ideal for working with clients, managing properties, or developing real estate and hospitality ventures in Costa Rica.
