Laud Drive runs along the lower boundary, offering access, though the best view site can be more easily reached from Lot 30, which requires a suspension bridge across a gorge. Alternatively, access from the lower spur involves a steep driveway up the ridge.

This lot offers stunning views of Camaronal Bay, with both ocean and forest vistas. Laud Drive is fully completed, and primary grid electrification and water supply are already connected.

The lot is titled, comes with its own corporation, and guarantees grid power, water, road access, and maintenance. Homeowner Association fee apply once infrastructure is fully in place.

Access to Lot 31 is through the completed Laud Drive, though two-wheel-drive vehicles may struggle with the steep grade.
