Situated on the lower slope of the Montana Sector of La Reserva Camaronal (LRC), Lot 5 is accessed from Las Baulas Drive, leaving your future driveway about 220 meters from the Montana Sector main entrance and gate. Lot 5 has good ocean views and several shade trees located on a sloping land surface that lends itself well to an internal driveway and a terraced building site. Beyond the views to the sea, Lot 5 also has views to the forested commons that bound the stream that forms the eastern boundary of the Montana Sector. Despite Guanacaste's fame for dry season water shortfalls, LRC has five bored wells, all legally registered with MINAET's Direction of Waters.
The entrance gate to Montana Sector is a mere 550 meters from the nearby world-class surfing beach of Camaronal, where the Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Camaronal operates a sea turtle hatchery that depends on international volunteers and year-round protection to the four species of sea turtles that nest here.
